NIC BRADLEY
A veteran of the wine and hospitality industry for 20yrs, Nic has held senior leadership roles in dining rooms across the country, including Per Se, The Modern, and The Standard Hotel. Nic has spent the last 10yrs in wine import and distribution, running the tri-state area for Wilson Daniels, one of the country's premier importer/distributor for the last 40 years. He used sub-par bags his entire career, and when he lost multiple priceless bottles before a seminar due to the poor construction of his then carrier, he knew it was time for a better wine carrying vessel. The idea for PANIER was born.
