Refund policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your order and want to return or exchange any part of your purchase, you may do so within 30 days of your order being placed (for purchases made on our website).
To process a return, please email us at info@panierbag.com. Your item must be shipped back securely to our facility, and return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.
Any items that are requested to be shipped back and are not returned will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
Items marked as final sale, or gift cards, are not eligible to be returned or exchanged.
Returns/exchanges can only be done in the country of purchase.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
